1.1 | This website (“Website”) is owned and operated by LSG Lufthansa Service Hong Kong Ltd trading as Sky Lounge. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before ordering any items on the Website. 1.2 | If you are below the age of 18, we ask that you obtain permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for accessing/using the Website. If you do not have permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to do so, you must stop using/accessing the Website immediately. By accessing/using the Webiste, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and that you accept responsibility for your acts and omissions, any charges associated with your access/use of the Website and/or purchase of products. |

2.1 | It is not compulsory to register for a Sky Lounge account on the Website before you place an order. When you register for a Sky Lounge account, you must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) provide accurate, complete and up to date information including your name, email address and mobile phone number; (3) safeguard your username and password. |
2.2 | We shall not be liable for orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided by you. You are obliged to provide information that is completed, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of your order. |
2.3 | If you wish to delete your Sky Lounge account, please email hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com requesting the same. |
2.4 | We have the absolute right to refuse registration of any persons as a Sky Lounge member and to terminate the registration of any member for any reason whatsoever. |
2.5 | We require you to keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability, loss and damages resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that we cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damages arising directly or indirectly from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party. You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. To proceed with any transaction on Sky Lounge, you must provide and maintain authentic personal information such as valid phone number and email address. |
3. Orders

3.2 | If you do not receive any confirmation email or are not otherwise contacted by us within 24 hours after your order is submitted, please contact us immediately through email to hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com or WhatsApp to 9611 7112 to ensure your order is successfully placed. |
3.3 | Products cannot be customized for individual preferences. If you or your dining companions have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact HKG.SkyLounge.CS@lsgskychefs.com or WhatsApp to 9611 7112 before placing an order. |
3.4 | Products may be out of stock and are otherwise subject to availability. If any of the products ordered are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible. |
3.5 | Pictures and descriptions of products shown on the Website are for reference only. Subject always to your statutory rights, we do not guarantee that the product description, price, and other contents on the Website are complete, accurate, current or error-free. You shall not be entitled to reject, exchange or return any product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to the pictures on the Website. |

5. Price and Payment
5.1 | We may offer promotional discounts from time to time This means that prices are subject to change until payment for your order is processed. |

5.3 | The total price of your order (including delivery charges, if any) will be set out on the checkout page on the Website before payment confirmation. Payment for all products and deliveries can be made on the Website by credit card or other payment methods listed on the Website No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and us until we confirm your order by email to the email address provided in your order. |

9.1 | In the event of a dispute as to the Terms, the English version shall prevail. The English language version of these terms shall control in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions. |
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 | Except to the extent that other laws are applicable to you and that such application cannot be waived or altered by contract, the Term, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising from your access to and use of the Website, and any contract between you and us. |
