Pick up from Sky Lounge
Our office is situated at No.6 Catering Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Chek Lap Kok. You can come to pick up your order at every hour from 1000 to 1900. Please WhatsApp us on 9611 7112 before coming.
Pick up from Tung Chung MTR Station
Pick up can be arranged at the Tung Chung MTR Station, Exit A during one of the following time slots: 1230, 1530, 1830 or 1930.
|2.1||The delivery is available only to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok. Address in Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Park Island, other outlying islands and P.O. Box Number will be excluded.|
|2.2||We do not provide same day or next day delivery. Order cut off time is 1400. Order places on or before 1400 will be delivered in 2 days except "Party Food" / "Festive Items", which will be delivered in 3 days.|
|2.3||After you have selected the delivery date, the delivery can be scheduled in between 3 timeslots from 1030 to 1930 daily, i.e. 1030-1330, 1330-1630, or 1630-1930.|
|2.4||Delivery to your designated address: If your order value exceeds HK$850, delivery is free of charge. Self pick-up at Tung Chung MTR Station: No delivery charge if your order exceeds HK$200, otherwise a delivery charge of HK$50 applies.|
|2.5||The delivery address shall be specified. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address. In case of any problems with your delivery, we will be in direct contact with you by calling your mobile phone number otherwise by email. Please therefore check your mobile phone and inbox during delivery time for updates.|
|2.6||We will deliver your order directly to your door if there is a lift directly accessable to your floor. If there is no lift directly reaching your floor, we will handover your order on the ground floor. Otherwise, an additional charge of HK$20 will be collected upon delivery.|
|2.7||You should allow us to access to the designated delivery address and ensure that a responsible person is at the delivery address provided to receive the order. If such a responsible person is not present at the time of delivery and we cannot get in contact with you within 10 minutes after our arrival at the designated delivery address, your order will be treated as "cancelled" and no refund will be provided.|
|2.8||Upon delivery or self-pick up, you are required to check the quantity and condition of the Products. By your or your representative's signing an acknowledgement of receipt, you confirm satisfactory receipt of your order. Subject always to your statutory rights, Sky Lounge shall not be obliged to offer any refund or other products if you subsequently claim that the products delivered are not the products ordered and paid for by the customer or are damaged or spoiled.|
|2.9||We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver the Products to the delivery address specified within the timeslot. Sky Lounge shall not be liable for any delays, re-scheduling or non-delivery for reasons beyond its control, including but limited to inadequate or incorrect delivery instructions, adverse traffic or weather conditions.|
|2.10||Delivery will be suspended when typhoon signal no 8 or above or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted in Hong Kong or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe in the sole discretion of Sky Lounge. In this event, you will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.|
|2.11||To the extent permitted by law, Sky Lounge's liability for any product is limited to replacement or refund. All other remedies are excluded. In the case of any dispute, Sky Lounge reserves the right of final decision.|
