Questions About Food

What if I have allergies?Your health and safety is important to us. If you or your dining companions have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please email hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com or send a WhatsApp message to 9611 7112 before placing an order.
How can I do the plating?Please scan the QR code on the menu card or visit https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaTZ9Rzu5l0ByrRdFx2uaqw for our plating and reheating guides.
Can I customize the menu?We are afraid that the menu cannot be customized to accommodate dietary preferences.

Questions About My Order

Can I order in a guest account (without a Sky Lounge account)?You are most welcome to place orders in a guest account.
What time will my order be delivered ?We do delivery daily from 1030 to 1930. To ensure our service quality, your orders must be placed at least 2 days before your preferred delivery date. For operational reasons, orders recieved after 14:00 will be considered as orders placed on the following date.
What if something is wrong with my order?Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if you need to correct your delivery address or contact information, please email hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com or send a WhatsApp message to 9611 7112 and we will assist you.
What if I want to add something to my order?If you would like to add more items to your order, please email hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com or send a WhatsApp message to 9611 7112 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Payment of extra items can only be made via FPS or PayMe For Business.
What if my order is late?We deliver your order within your preferred time slot. Occasionally, however, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and traffic situation. We will contact you by phone in case your delivery cannot be made within that time slot.
What if I am not around when my delivery arrives?We will call you if we encounter any issue at your delivery address. If we are unable to contact you by phone, we will try to reach you via email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any update. If we cannot contact you and are unable to deliver the order, we will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you will still be charged for the order.
When will I receive my order confirmation?After your order is submitted, your order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours through order@shopline.com. Please contact us by emailing to hkg.skylounge.cs@lsgskychefs.com or sending a WhatsApp message to 9611 7112 if you have not received an order confirmation after placing an order over 24 hours.

How can I pay for my order?We accept payment by Visa, Master, AE, GooglePay, ApplePay, Alipay, FPS, and Payme For Business.
Can I pay with cash?Sorry, we do not accept cash.
Is there a minimum order value?Every order is important to us. There is no minimum order value.
Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery to your designated address: If your order value exceeds HK$850, delivery is free of charge.

Self pick-up at Sky Lounge office: No delivery charge.

Self pick-up at Tung Chung MTR Station: No delivery charge if your order exceeds HK$200, otherwise a delivery charge of HK$50 applies.

Do I have to tip?No, thank you. If you are happy with our quality and services, please give us a like on FB or IG and share our posts with your friends.

Questions About Delivery

How is the food delivered to me?All food (except some items on ''Party Food''), will be delivered chilled in foil containers / packaging. Please keep the food in the refrigerator (4°C to 8°C) if it is not for immediate consumption. The food will remain good for consumption within 24 hours of delivery if it keeps refrigerated.
Can I pick up my order by myself?Yes, self pick up is available. You can pick up your orders directly from our office at No.6 Catering Road West, HK International Airport, Chek Lap Kok or Tung Chung MTR Station.
Can I get the delivery if typhoon signal no 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is hoisted on the scheduled date of delivery? Delivery may be delayed or suspended. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
